1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the WebFolio website and services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WebFolio provides a client-side web application that allows users to build and download personal portfolio websites. The Service offers various themes, customization options, and generates static HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files for deployment.

3. User Content

• You are solely responsible for the content you upload, create, or generate using the Service (“User Content”).
• You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.
• You agree not to upload or create any User Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
• WebFolio does not store your User Content on its servers. All processing and generation occur client-side in your browser.

4. Privacy Policy

5. Intellectual Property

• The Service itself, including its software, design, and underlying technology, is the property of WebFolio and its licensors.
• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• The themes provided by WebFolio are for your personal portfolio use. Redistribution or resale of the themes themselves is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. WebFolio does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WebFolio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

8. Changes to Terms

WebFolio reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
